I don't know if you've heard, but the Senior Citizens of Moreno Valley have found the fountain of youth! 

They drink for 1 hour 3 times a week and are becoming younger again.

The fountain is located at the Moreno Valley Senior Center & 40-50 Baby-boomers are served every M-W-F from 8-9 am. They leave dancing, laughing and are happier than they have been in past years.

The fountain is called "Tami D's Soul Line Dance Class". The class is composed of Multicultural group of men & women 50+ yrs old who like to dance & get fit. SLD is a perfect way to get ready for the upcoming Holiday festivities (physically & socially)

The classes also provide a great social outlet. It's fun low-impact exercise while learning the newest soul line dances. We even have a big party at the end of the month to strut our stuff & shake our groove thang!

For those who cant make the morning classes, I offer a Thursday evening class as well.
